How to Add a Video to Your Etsy Listing

Have your video file ready, then follow the steps for your device.

On Etsy.com

  1. On Etsy.com, go to Shop Manager → Listings.
  2. Open the listing you want to update.
  3. Under Photo and video, click Upload and choose your file.

In the Etsy Seller app

  1. In the Etsy Seller app, tap Listings and choose a listing.
  2. Open the listing details, then tap + under Photo and video.
  3. Choose your video. You can also use View all → Add a video.

Check before uploading

Use a 3–15 second video, up to 100MB. MP4 works; audio is removed. See all video requirements.
